Challenge 2009
Simply stated, Challenge 2009 is a community involvement project to raise funds during 2009 to supplement the upcoming major construction at Santiam Memorial Hospital. Aspects of Challenge 2009 will be interwoven with a series of scheduled events. Every member of the community will have the opportunity to participate. In 1951, community members joined together to build the first hospital. Over 50 years later, Challenge 2009 is an extension of that original effort. Many gave $100 in the early 50’s to become a lifetime member of Santiam Memorial Hospital. Today, a lifetime membership is still only $100. Please email us for more information.
